Marketing for coaches

You probably don't need more marketing advice. You need the next thing working.

If you know the basics but are still stuck on what to offer, what your page should say, how to find clients, what to charge or what to do next, I can help you work out the next useful move and get it done.

This isn't another marketing course. It's practical help with the thing you're actually trying to get working.

The problem

Knowing what to do isn't the same as having it working

There's no shortage of advice on niches, offers, pricing, websites, content, email, referrals and sales.

  • What matters most right now?
  • Is this offer clear enough to sell?
  • What should this page or profile actually say?
  • What's the simplest way I can actually find clients with the time I have?
  • Why did that post, offer or outreach get no response?
  • Is this ready to publish, or am I still polishing it?
  • How do I move from practice or free work into paid work?
  • Should I learn this, or just pay someone to do it?

Usually you don't need another framework. You need a decision, a decent first version and some real-world response.

How it works

One problem at a time

Usually we do four things.

Work out what's actually stuck

We look at what you're trying to do, where you are now and how much time you actually have. The aim is to find the thing worth fixing first.

Fix or build the next thing

One offer, page, email, way to find clients or conversation — not the whole business.

Put it in front of people

We get it to a useful first version and use it, because good enough to test beats perfect in a document.

See what happens

We look at replies, clicks, conversations, objections and sales, then decide what, if anything, needs changing next.

Ways I can help

The amount of help depends on the job

Have me build or fix it

Sometimes it would be a waste of your time to learn the technical bit.

If the problem is a landing page, a short email sequence, a small website or funnel fix, or another clearly scoped job, I can sometimes just do it.

This is scoped work, not a web-design or marketing retainer.

Quoted case-by-case. Small jobs usually start around €750 + VAT where applicable.

Send me the thing that needs fixing

Learn it

Sometimes the useful answer is to learn the skill and do it yourself. I may run occasional practical workshops when several people need help with the same thing. The point would be to leave with something usable, not more notes.

Nothing is scheduled right now, but tell me if you’re interested.

Scope

Typical work includes offers, pricing, pages, email, referrals and outreach, simple ways to find clients, feedback on things you've already tried, commercial conversations and small implementation jobs.

I don't offer ongoing social-media or content management, paid-ad management, full custom websites, rebrands or open-ended business coaching. I'm not building a general marketing agency.

Fit

Best fit if you have something real to work on

You don't need an established business. You do need something concrete: an offer idea, a page, some conversations with potential clients, something you've already tried, or a next step you keep putting off because you're not sure how to do it properly.

This is mainly for coaches, and can also fit similar practitioners with real expertise who want to turn more of that work into paid work.

If what you want is a complete marketing education from scratch, this isn't it.

Relevant experience

Most of my experience is in expert-led education, coaching and professional training, where marketing, sales, support and delivery overlap.

I've worked on positioning, offers, pricing, events, sales pages, email, segmentation, onboarding and support. A lot of the useful work has been figuring out which problem matters first.

Finding the smaller problem

A professional training offer looked messy across sales, support, onboarding and delivery. I worked through customer language, transactions, support records and participation data. The evidence pointed to a smaller set of changes instead of a rebuild.

Higher price, better fit

I repositioned an offer for a higher price and a more professional buyer. Revenue stayed broadly similar with fewer buyers. The cohort appeared better aligned and easier to serve, with lower running costs.

Connecting the audience, event and sale

For a coaching launch, the right people were already on the list but mixed into a much broader audience. I changed how the event, follow-up emails and sales page worked together. The launch generated sales, and the most relevant audiences engaged much more strongly with the sales material.
